Rare Technologies LLC (“Rare Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI solution consulting services and owns and operates Morana, a software product that helps businesses re-engage prior leads through SMS conversations, booking links, and related campaign tools.

- People who use Morana-hosted booking links or related lead forms.

Morana may send messages on behalf of a business customer, such as a home-services business, using that customer’s business identity in the message. In those cases, we process information to provide the Services to that customer.
2Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact and lead information: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or service area, service interest, original inquiry date, lead source, and similar information provided by a business customer or by you.

- Technical and usage information: IP address, device and browser information, log data, authentication events, page or dashboard usage, and security diagnostics.
- Information from service providers: delivery, messaging, authentication, hosting, analytics, support, or infrastructure records from providers we use to operate the Services.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless it is necessary to provide the Services or you provide it to us.
3How We Collect Information
We collect information:
- Directly from you when you contact us, use a dashboard, submit a form, respond to a message, or use a booking link.
- From our business customers when they provide lead lists, campaign records, or account information.
- Automatically through the Services, including logs, cookies, and similar technologies.
- From service providers that help us send messages, host data, authenticate users, process events, maintain security, or support the Services.
Business customers are responsible for providing information to Rare Technologies only when they have the right to do so and for maintaining appropriate consent records for their own contacts and leads.

- Provide dashboards, reporting, support, troubleshooting, and customer success.
- Monitor delivery, prevent abuse, detect fraud, enforce policies, and maintain audit records.

- Communicate with customers and prospective customers about the Services.
5SMS Messaging, Consent, and Opt-Out
If you receive SMS messages through Morana, the messages are intended to relate to a prior inquiry, service request, customer relationship, or consent you provided to the business identified in the message.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPT OUT, or another clear request to stop receiving messages. After you opt out, we or the business customer may send one final confirmation message and then will stop sending non-exempt SMS messages through the applicable campaign or sender.
You may reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or [email protected].
We may retain opt-out and suppression records as needed to honor your request and prevent further unwanted messages.
6How We Share Information
We may share information:
- With the business customer on whose behalf the message, campaign, booking link, or lead workflow is operated.
- With service providers that help us host, secure, send, receive, analyze, support, or operate the Services.
- With telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, registration authorities, and related compliance vendors as needed to send messages and comply with messaging rules.
- With professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, and compliance consultants.
- With authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the Services.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose SMS opt-in data, mobile numbers, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of sharing described in this Policy exclude SMS originator opt-in data and consent, except where disclosure is necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, honor opt-out requests, or support messaging compliance.
7Service Providers
We may use service providers for cloud hosting, database services, authentication, SMS delivery, email, analytics, logging, customer support, banking, accounting, and operational tools. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us and are not authorized to use SMS opt-in data or consent records for their own marketing.
8Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, comply with law, and honor opt-out or suppression requests.
Different records may be kept for different periods. For example, opt-out records may be retained after other campaign records are deleted so we can continue honoring a do-not-contact request.
9Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration will never occur.
Business customers should not upload real lead data unless their use of the Services is authorized and appropriate for their campaign and compliance posture.
10Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and your relationship with us, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on certain personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or request that we not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law.
To make a request, contact us at [email protected] or [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and your relationship to the information before acting on your request.
If your information was provided to us by a business customer, we may direct your request to that customer or work with that customer to respond.
11Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us at [email protected] or [email protected].
12International Use
Rare Technologies is based in the United States, and the Services are currently intended for use primarily in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
