Bring in leads from a CRM, CSV, or import flow. Morana stores contact, source, inquiry context, and service interest in an organization-scoped record — ready to be re-engaged.
AI-assisted SMS.
Send and receive SMS on the business’s behalf with content reviewed against campaign rules. Inbound replies, opt-outs, and help requests are handled with durable state and audit records.
Booking, with attribution.
Conversations route to a booking link tied back to the originating lead and campaign, so the business can see which revival workflows actually produced bookings — not just opens or replies.
Built first for home services.

The current focus is home-services businesses — cleaning, landscaping, pest, HVAC, and similar operations with a recurring inquiry-to-booking pipeline. The schema, adapters, and campaign model are organization-scoped so additional verticals, calendars, and provider integrations can be onboarded without rewriting the product.
Messaging compliance is part of the product.
Morana implements opt-out handling for STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE,
CANCEL, END, QUIT, and OPT OUT
keywords, with persisted opted-out and blocklisted state. HELP replies
receive a support response. Message frequency varies by campaign,
and message and data rates may apply.
Business customers are responsible for the consent posture of their own lead lists. Rare Technologies operates the messaging infrastructure and the audit records that sit behind it.
